LandGipps is pleased to present the latest community and construction update for Ferntree Ridge. With each update, we hope to keep our growing community informed and up to date with the progress of the development and give you some insight into the design and construction process.
We have a lot to report since our last update, as Ferntree Ridge continues to grow and evolve into an established community. Yet another stage of development is now complete and titles have been issued.
We are excited to report that despite the restrictions and challenges 2020 has presented, construction and land releases at Ferntree Ridge have moved along faster than anticipated.
Stage 8 has been fast tracked to launch on Saturday 4th of July exclusively to our partner builder customers!
We are excited to see Ferntree Ridge continuing to grow with many homes being finished and new residents moving in. Even with the current COVID-19 impacts we remain committed to continuing to develop this fantastic community.
We are excited to see Ferntree Ridge evolving from a construction site into a community. As you make your way around the estate you will see many homes currently being built and under construction.
Ferntree Ridge is currently working with the council to move forward the construction of the park and open spaces that were set to be delivered as part of stage 7.
Stage 4 construction is nearing completion with the final surfaces being laid as we speak.
Ferntree Ridge has been a hive of activity over the past few months with construction of new stages nearing completion and the first homes starting to be built.
